During a time of insurmountable grief at the unexpected loss of my husband, every single person I worked with at G.H. Herrmann went above and beyond to ensure that his funeral was everything we ever wanted. Their sincere kindness and ‘can do’ attitude is a rarity in today’s world. They took care of every minuscule detail, leaving me the opportunity to focus on saying one last goodbye to my husband. I can not recommend them enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff including an emotional support dog that my kids loved. This place is super clean and very beautifully decorated with gorgeous chandeliers. Facilities were clean and stocked. They had a lounge area. The funeral was beautiful and classy and went smoothly and the staff took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone. We end up leaving a cell phone behind and live 3.5 hours away from funeral home when we called 1.5 hours after service had ended to see if they had phone, they were getting ready to leave or had already left and actually came back to unlock doors and waited for us to get there to get the phone since we were going back home that evening 3.5 hours away. Awesome customer service!!

I can’t say enough about the staff, funeral home , and the gardens cemetery. Lost my husband and at the worst time of my life actually made new friends here. Very helpful with ideas for the service and ways for family to have closure. Even after time has passed I stay in touch with several staff members. The therapy dogs were a blessing during our time there. Great especially for kids during a hard time. The gardens are always beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes. The grounds keepers take great pride in keeping it well kept. Thank you to everyone at G H Hermann. Susan schaub
