The new manager is promised me twice to remove the trees in front of and entangling our American flag. I buried my wife under the shadow the flag and believe me it wasn’t cheap. I went by last night and Old Glory is tangled up in that tree. And check out one of the other flagpoles is falling over and he said he was gonna straighten it up. The manager is a liar liar liar. He says he’s a veteran sure doesn’t show it to me.

We had a long distance relationship preparing for my dad’s celebration of life and it was perfect. Everyone communicated clearly and when we all arrived from out of town, the room and setup was beautiful and just what we wanted. My entire family was impressed with the service and care we received.

A great many of our family members are buried at Forest Lawn and we have always been pleased with their customer service. Recently my brother and I had an excellent experience working with Doug. He's very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was very patient, took time with us and answered all our questions. Doug made the pre-planning experience enjoyable and comforting that we were in good hands. He is a great asset to Forest Lawn and the industry. Thank you so much.
