Miserable experience with a dismissive old man that had no interest in comforting or communicating with me. Only interested in communicating with local men of the family. Sang at grave site w/o clearing w family . Also took my mother to burial vault while my brother was not present as he had requested. My brother had wanted to carry casket to burial site. Very odd circumstances for a funeral director. He's doing his own thing. Do not have any expectation that your needs will be met.

Mr. Shackleford took such wonderful care of our family when my mom passed! Anything we needed was taken care of almost before we thought of it. He was so respectful of the many emotions that we were dealing with and yet made the process as easy as possible. No detail was forgotten.
