It’s hard enough to deal with the death of a loved one but making the arrangements can be daunting, until I walked through the doors at Shingletons Funeral Home, from the moment we walked in we felt like family, they made every effort to make whatever we needed to do seemless, not once did I feel overwhelmed they took care of our financial needs and especially our emotional needs, the support shown to us was second to none, we could not have asked for a better experience, they were caring, compassionate, empathetic, we were involved in every aspect of my husbands funeral. The staff is to be commended for their loving, caring way we were handled throughout the whole process. These are sometimes impossible tasks even when I'm not going through a major life event like the loss of my father. They have walked me through every step, answered every question quickly and have been a godsend. They make you feel like you are with family. The day of the service we were left without a officer to stop traffic on busy Nash St. Jeff his safety vest and stop sign made his way out to ensure we were all able to proceed down to my father's final resting place safely. The team here are absolutely the best in the business and you and your loved one will be very well taken care of.
