She walked I and my family through the grieving process and showed us the most beautiful and genuine empathy for the loss of my mother , Marilyn A Hill. Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home did such a great job with my father that I didn't hesitate to make arrangements for my mother after her passing. The staff has been gentle, compassionate, pleasant and kind, which says a lot because I can't begin to imagine the myriad of emotions they encounter everyday in this environment, especially the more empathic employees, you know, the ones who will actually cry with you for a bit. Precious Sirmans was one such staff member who shed tears with me during my last visit and was so understanding.
