Lady Mr. Edith Churchman is extremely rude... allowed an unauthorized individual to make arrangements for my brother in laws funeral. Never once offered any condolences. (they are currently operating out of smith funeral home.) Was paid through my sister and still allowed another individual to make arrangements. Put my brother in law in the incorrect casket and also spent time eavesdropping on my families personal conversations. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Has yet to turn over the death certificate to his Wife.
