I had to take the time the share my experience with the funeral home. I want start off by saying the owner seems to be a fairly decent man. But his director is a piece of work. I’ve haven’t had that much experience with the passing of a love one. I’ve learn from reading the reviews someone prior was over charge for the services. I was over charge for services that would have been for a regular funeral service almost close too 5k .The only services that were provided was embalming , providing of casket, and my daughter was transported to the airport. The other funeral home that received my love one advised condition my daughter arrived in. She was severely dehydrated, she was leaking embalm fluid, her casket was scratched up. Her make up and her hair was a mess. I never received a copy of my daughter’s death certificate. The Director has very despiteful and disgusting behavior. I wouldn’t recommend no one going here. This was supposed to be an easy smooth process and he made it so difficult for everything. You reap what you sow.

Had my mom funeral 4/27/2024 ..I gave a Three because the lack of communication wasn't great at all..and for me That's very important then found out my necklaces didn't havemy Mom's ashes in them.. I called 3 times and each time the receptionist said they would call me back never did call . That was very disappointing to me. Yet I probably won't refer them .and the pricing was a bit much . This is my experience

Even though we are still finalizing the affairs of our loved one, I did not want another day to pass without expressing the family's appreciation for the professional and caring service provided by your company. This is not an easy task for anyone. The patience and concern shown by your employee, Alan Favors, was above and beyond. He spent a lot of time on the phone and in person ensuring we understood the process and were comfortable moving forward. Mr. Favors was knowledgeable about the services we needed because we were not aware of the ins and outs of the funeral experience. The body appeared well preserved even though the service was more than two weeks after he passed. He looked so peaceful and we were pleased with the flow of the service. Other staff members were cordial and attentive. This was a five star experience with a special " shout out" to Mr. FAVORS.
