My sister recently passed away after a brief illness. The Spencer family was recommended to handle her final arrangements. I appreciate all they did in her behalf. Being out of state, they kept us informed and handled everything in a professional, caring manner. Thank you very much for helping myself and my family through this difficult situation.

Bill Spencer made it so easy for me in helping find my brothers remains. He was able to give me information about my brothers death and looked diligently for his remains. Thank God he was there for me in my time of need.

For anyone that has a loved one at Tufts (like in our case) that passes away. The hospital usually uses this funeral home for their go to services. Well after this week I am hoping that is going to change. My family has had the most difficult time with this establishment. The obituary that my mother in law sent to the owner the first time got tossed aside because it was written in cursive and because someone couldn't read it! No call to clarify or mention that it needs to be written more clearly, instead she had to write it out a second time and then the owner scrambled to put it together on a Friday evening and then because of that had so many mistakes and even got my deceased brothers name wrong. Now after seeing that he has a review that he doesn't like, what does he do? He has the obituary removed from the website with no notice. It's absolutely disgraceful and rude. Then to try and call and cover it up and have it put back up thinking it will make it all better? IT DOESNT! I hope the hospital pulls their contract!
