I would like to express my most heartfelt appreciation for the funeral service Wing Fook has provided during this difficult time of my father's passing. I contacted Wing Fook a day after my father passed away. They were able to see us on the same day. We met with Seng Lam to go over the funeral service details. We didn't know anything about Chinese funeral customs but Mr. Lam was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail. Tiffany reached out to me about my father's death certificate information. She's very friendly, patient, helpful, and professional. I emailed her multiple times with questions and she was very quick to respond to each of my emails. Both Seng and Tiffany were very respectful of our wishes, made us feel comfortable, and helped us every step of the way! I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism. Thank you for making this a peaceful experience. I highly recommend your service.

Tiffany was wonderful. I found her to be kind, thoughtful and patient with me and my family from start to finish. Tiffany was soft spoken and had a soothing voice. She was knowledgeable, offered suggestions and provided valuable guidance throughout the process. She was not pushy. Tiffany provided me with the information I needed to make my own decisions. Most importantly, Wing Fook Funeral Home had a thorough knowledge of the Chinese funeral customs and was prepared and able to accommodate various religious protocol. Wing Fook made a difficult and painful time for me as easy and worry free as possible under the circumstances. While their price for the funeral arrangements was on the high side compared with other funeral homes, the service they provided was exceptional. They had the smallest of details under control; from the guest book, candy (lee see) right down to the restaurant meal. Tiffany also spent an hour with me weeks later discussing some script ideas for the monument even though she knew I had not purchased the headstone from them. The home has several room sizes and parking was good. Their flower arrangements were beautiful. The only negative I had was placement of the temporary plot (headstone) marker. It was finally placed on the grave 6 weeks later after 3 phone calls.

Terrible service, stay away! Called them after my grandfather passed away. First. they falsely advertise as Mandarin-capable, and this caused a lot of confusion as they did not understand what we were saying until we switched over to English. Next, when we asked for a brochure of their services, they started yelling and acting very rude. We decided that we do NOT trust our grandfather's body with a company with this level of service and respect. There are plenty of other Mandarin friendly funeral homes in Boston, stay far, far away from this sketchy place!
