I must extend my gratitude to the caring staff at the Rockefeller Funeral Home. For I have had a string of unexpected events happen with far too many close loved ones the last few years and I know they have been in good hands by Ashley, Mike, Marshall, Wayne, and the entire staff at Rockefellers. Particularly, Ashley goes above and beyond for those who are grieving and it is most appreciated in such difficult times.

I can’t say enough about my experiences with Marshall and the entire staff. They took excellent care of my entire family when we lost my beloved Mom and Dad seven years ago, my very dear brother in law last summer and now my sweetheart- my partner- my husband last week. They go well above and beyond to help you during the most difficult time of your life. I will be forever grateful to Marshall for all of his compassion and support.

My husband died and we weren't expecting him to. We took his body here for the wake transport to the church for funeral service. My mother-in-law didn't want an open coffin, but she did not tell me, so I had it open. She told me later she was glad the coffin was open, because they did such fine work with the make-up, that my husband looked wonderful. This really and truly comforted her. She's 91 and has gone to many funerals and usually does not like the way the dead people look. We hardly had any people come to the wake, as we have not lived in the area long. Still, the staff at this funeral home was very respectful of us. even though we weren't big shots. My husband received about six floral arrangements, and the staff set them up very nicely. I only wish I had made use of the organ to play some of our favouite hymns. I don't know what the charge for that service would have been, but in the back of the room, an organ was available. We only waked my husband for one evening. They also have a screen where one can play a video about the deceased person. That takes some advance planning, for which we did not have time. But others might. They were very good about driving us to the church. We only had my car with the five of us, but still, we felt like we were in a funeral posession, behind their hearse and car. The funeral cost about 7,500, but that is what funerals cost these days. I don't think you'd find the price much less, if you had to do it at the last minute. I've got a terminal illness and have time to plan my funeral. I will consider Rockefeller Funeral Home in my research.
