I chose Wildrose after my father passed away unexpectedly and Joseph and Renee were so kind and patient throughout the entire process. Renee kept me up to date with the processing of the death certificates and was so comforting. I highly recommend their services!

I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that has lost a loved one. My grandfather passed unexpectedly while my grandmother his wife of 69yrs was in the hospital. Being the only family member in town to tend to the necessary duties one must do when a loved one passes was extremely hard and overwhelming. Renee was over the top compassionate, caring & helpful when it came to everything start to finish when it came to everything pertaining to my grandfather and the best of service possible was given to myself, my family and especially my grandfather by Wildrose. The obituary was over the top absolutely amazing. Renee goes above and beyond and doing the little things that mean so much.... like death certificates and social Security and things that you don't think of especially if this is a first time loss. If you're someone going through a loss for the very first time it can be very overwhelming and things can seem cloudy those little things mean so much in the end. I'm so appreciative for Renee at Wild Rose. Yes the man that answers the phone can come off brash but I think he's just got a certain tone to his voice. They've always been nice and I say always because 55 days after my grandfather's passing my grandmother passed and I went back and used them for her cremation as well & both times doing business with them was absolutely impeccable and amazing I would recommend anyone and everyone to Wildrose, they are family owned and operated and are half the price of other local corporate companies.

I spoke to someone at Lyle's who was slightly more expensive but so incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately my family decided to use Wildrose to save a thousand or so, or so they thought. They don't offer any kind of customer service compared to Lyle's. The entire experience with them was horrific, from beginning all the way to the service. There is an older man there that you deal with who is completely rude and unfeeling. My brother and I tried to handle everything for my dad's funeral but they kept coming up with reasons why my mom would have to come in on person to sign things or deliver checks every time they upped the price, even though it was all stuff we could handle on her behalf. We had to wind up paying an incredible amount more because my dad was too big for the original coffin. They gave us no options and demanded payment for the larger coffin that day, telling me over the phone, "He swelled up so much, he's a huge mess. You don't understand how huge his body has gotten. It's huge!!!" Thanks for that. We asked to view the body or have them photograph even a part of it or tell us some identifying information because my mom wanted peace of mind that the hospital sent the right body. My dad had many easily identifiable scars. They absolutely refused every request. Our religious practice is to witness him being lowered into the ground and place dirt on the grave. They tried refusing that but thankfully my Rabbi wouldn't tolerate it and insisted. It took all of 2 minutes and caused no covid danger at all. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Your experience will be horrible and you won't actually wind up saving any money. There are other local businesses who actually value customers and understand how to treat a mourning family. This is not it.
