From beginning to end, Kristie and her staff were so compassionate during our difficult time. Kristie went above and beyond and handled all the details even when we were having a hard time grieving. Communication through the process was reassuring. Last but not least, her staff the day of the service went above and beyond as well. Ray who drove the hearse carrying my dad as he was entering the cemetery, seen me walking towards the burial spot and asked me if I wanted to take the ride to the burial spot, and Ray gave me such a special gift, to ride with my dad one final time. I will forever be grateful! They attended to our every need making us feel so taken care of. We were truly blessed! Thank you!

Everyone at La Paz was kind, supportive, and helpful in guiding me and my family through two recent and difficult losses. I’d like to thank Kristie McKean in particular. She not only walked me through the intricate paperwork and procedures involved with a loved one’s passing, but she also listened to me—my concerns, my confusion, and my grief. At a vulnerable, painful time, I felt lucky to have such thoughtful people in my corner.

The whole team made this difficult time very easy for us. Veronica responded to me with every single question in a very rapid timely manner. Our viewing was great and they were so considerate. The funeral went well and everything turned out great!
