Jaydee was very easy to work with which making arrangements for my father. Our communication was done over the phone and via email, since I was out of state, but she was very responsive and we were able to get our requests met and for this I am truly grateful. We did place an order for a keepsake, which we are still waiting on, but I knew that was going to take extra time. Thank you for all of your help during this time.
