The funeral directors were not compassionate and just very matter of fact as if you were buying a car. One director placed a huge flower order in a room for the next day funeral. The card fell off granted but I had to find the arrangement (lucky I knew who it was from) as he never asked the family prior to stowing it away off site. He was also a bit rude when I was trying to find it. Uncaring.
