I lost my only child unexpectedly on September 7, 2024. Devastated, I didn’t know what to do or where to start. I can’t fully express my gratitude for everyone at Waltrip Funeral Directors. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly caring and attentive to our every need. Each detail we discussed was remembered and handled with great care and thoughtfulness. Elizabeth stayed in close contact with us, providing updates and guidance throughout the entire process, which gave me a deep sense of comfort during such an excruciatingly painful time. Even though my son was no longer with me, I knew he was in compassionate, capable hands. Every meeting, phone call, and email was conducted with such patience, sensitivity, and kindness, helping us navigate what felt like an unmanageable situation. The gentle way Elizabeth and her team guided us through everything will never be forgotten. Thank you for ensuring my beloved son, Logan, was honored and cared for in every way possible.

Our family's experience with Dignity Memorial at Waltrip Funeral Home was soften by the caring of Elizabeth Gallegos, Manager of Waltrip Funeral Home. She was very knowledgeable and understood and care for our feelings at a very low, sad moment in our lives. My mother-in-law passed away recently (1/18/24) and Waltrip was our top choice for handling all the funeral arrangements. We had also buried my father-in-law with them three years ago and were aware of how professionally and smoothly they handled all the details... this time was no exception!
