Had a loved one buried here and the guys who broke down the tent area, lowered the casket to the ground, and filled the grave were very unprofessional. Would expect to have the service be as peaceful as possible but they seemed to rush in out of nowhere to hastily do their job. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and consider they did not know my loved one and they probably do this too many times to be more composed. However, their manners were just too distracting and disrespectful of my family’s intimate moment! One of them was casually eating a snack as we watched and the final straw was the sign they have on top of the bulldozer as they’re bringing in dirt. It translates from Spanish to “go to hell” which was just unbelievable and reinforced the fact they don’t care.

If you can, bury your loved one somewhere else. They are quick to throw out any decor you buy but do not pick up the trash. We buried my mom here a few months ago. Today was our first Mother’s Day without her. I made sure to decorate her area… she had Mother’s Day specific decor and they were thrown away. They could’ve at least left it until a day after Mother’s Day. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Of course they blame it on rules and regulations but my complaint is have empathy… wait until after the special occasion to remove and don’t just throw it in the dumpster . Lay it out for ppl to pick up their stuff. I have huge regrets of burying my mom here but what can I do now but to advise others not to.

We were pleasantly happy with the gentle demeanor of the funeral director Art Espino and funeral attendant Keith. The quilt Art made was a lovely and perfect depiction of our sister while on this earth. Because he listened, we now have a beautiful keepsake that we will treasure for years to come. Art also made laughter happen just when the family needed it most. Art and Keith were amazing at ensuring all went seamlessly and do have that special something to put all at ease. Art and Keith, thank you so much for your patience and kindness… because of all your efforts the funeral service was beautiful. Thank you. ♥️
