I could not have asked for a better place to assist with our mother's funeral. Tammy was very honest, straightforward and very helpful. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed, we had gone to other funeral homes before this one and they were not very transparent. Once our mother arrived from Virginia, Tammy let us know and assured us that she was in good hands and took care of everything. We were provided a list of things to do before the funeral service and also wrote letters for US immigration for visa purposes. The communication we received from Tammy was exceptional all throughout. We needed a last minute views, and Tammy worked with us to set up time that worked for both of us. Emma the director was very nice and helpful with explaining the whole process. This can be overwhelming when dealing with the lost of a love one. The staff later followed up with some kinds words, which was very thoughtful. Thanks for everything.
