Came in to see my loved ones today and it was very difficult to place the flowers on their mausoleum but thanks to Chris Aguilar we were able resolve the placement of the flowers. From assisting with the plastic cup to providing excellent assistance with the flower shop. I could not recommend anyone better to deal with as he went above and beyond to assist. His kindness, compassion, patience truly encompassed the most empathetic customer service.
