All I can say is all positive and top notch funeral home. The Hernandez family including me as the son of the late Jose Manuel Hernandez ( 5-3-1944/9-25-2023 ) are forever grateful to the Valle's Funeral Staffs especially JOSE who is the very best and respectable person I ever met in all funeral homes. He listen and took care to all details from the beginning to arrange the process to the end of service from speaking my language as Spanglish. I forgot the other nice gentleman's name who wear all black ( no suit ) who also helped me with caring and kindness like Jose. It's a very beautiful chapel and I was speechless ( Happiness ). I do really very highly recommendation to this place because it's more affordable, respectful, and professional than any other Funeral Home in South Florida which they also have their own Crematorium. Jose, if you're reading this, I hope you kept my dad's paintings as a memory and thank you for everything. I look forward in a few weeks to collect my father's ashes to finish his fulfill wishes. Thank you, Valles! Our family chose the Valles Crematorium for a loved one who passed suddenly, and for whom no one lived nearby to arrange transportation, cremation, shipping, etc. Jose and his team were sensitive to our needs every step of the way, and went far above and beyond when the shipping did not go as expected (through no fault of Valles).
