Two years ago this establishment had the audacity to charge us for services that had been prepaid. My father prepaid for everything to include flowers. We paid for preparation of the body in NC and my father to be flown to BG funeral home. In Florida. All they needed to do was pick up the body. They did not need to do a thing because it had all Been done in NC and they decided to charge us for air fare. They they kept the money my father prepaid. Make sure your family knows they will have to pay additional funds even when they prepay for services. These people are thugs. Terrible service and dirty facilities as well.

I would rate zero stars if I could after the treatment we received when we visited the Hialeah location. We met the funeral director who in our darkest moment treated us with disrespect and lack of empathy. We understand each funeral place has guidelines relating to covid however to the point of raising his tone when we asked if the service for covid patients would be allowed open casket. Thankfully another rep stepped in and was able to speak with us in a calmly manner. Never again will I visit this place or recommend anyone for this location.

VERY expensive to have your family member here, and to have another party next door constantly LAUGHING, talking nonsense in the middle of the hallway (not in their room). Spoke to the manger to politely ask to keep it down or at least to stop laughing as we are trying to grieve. The manger had NO problem with them laughing and did not want to talk with the other party. Not only does this show NO empathy, but NO respect. DO NOT give them business. Imagine this happening to your family member as you are trying to grieve and all you hear is constant laughter, please reconsider giving them any time or money.
