Losing a loved one is hard enough let alone having to make those final arrangements. When I lost my wife (Lucy), Jessica helped us through it. She provided clear choices and options. She made me feel relaxed. The second time she greeted me with a warm caring hug. That showed me she was genuine. Felicia went above what I expected when she made the transfers. I appreciated her extra care and effort. Finally I would like to thank the aftercare specialist Carla. The amount of information that she provided was overwhelming but she helped me get through it. I didn’t realize there was still much left to do. I would like to thank the entire team for being there for me.

I had used Vinyard previously, following the passing of both my Mom and my Dad. This, however, was my first experience with the new ownership group, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. There were no surprises. Everything was explained in detail. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. Jessica did an excellent job! The AfterCare service was welcomed addition, as our attorney, Howard Berger, has retired and is now living overseas. I spoke with Vanessa this morning, and she thoroughly explained what needs to happen now, in order to tie up the loose ends, protect against fraud and complete the process.
