Just had my grandmother's funeral yesterday. Everything was done beautifully. I was a part of the process from beginning to end with my mother and aunt and I can say they made the process very stress free and were upfront about costs out of pocket as well as what gets taken out of life insurance policies. We had a casket delivered with no issues and the proceedings didn't feel rushed and all were allowed ample time to say goodbyes. Crystal took care of us.

Would not recommend if your being cremated, they were not persistence in obtaining the necessary documents signed by the physician, after 2 weeks, while my sister laid at their place, after I found out and it took me 3 days to have that obtained ,which should be their priority, DOD 8/21/23,Cremated 09/13/23 VERY unacceptable and unforgivable .
