An absolute wonderful experience during difficult times dealing with the death of a parent. From the very time we walked in to the time we walked out it was actually perfect for the situation. Kim assisted us with care and understanding which is most important during the days following the death of a loved one. They did not try and up sale anything. All options were clearly stated and went very smoothly. They actually care about taking care of your deceased loved one. I feel my mother is in good hands here.
