Roxanne explained everything good..being our second time a family member passes but my first that we had to plan and look for prices she did a great job. From the funeral To also letting us know about the church in donna..we had no clue of the steps to take inside the church..their driver also explained to us what to do inside the church and at the cemetery..all nice people. The director also gave us discounts and also explained everything good. Their maintenance guy also was nice. All 4 get 5 stars they have a great team

Did not want to give one star. Communication was terrible. Felt like no one cared. Said they were going to do something and did not. We had to keep calling. Was such a difficult time to have to deal with and I felt they should have known what to do and how to help.

I was recently at Vaughan for a service for a relative. This funeral home used to be managed better in the past. I didn't feel there was any empathy shown towards my relatives who were grieving over their son's death. We weren't welcomed, and when it was time to take the body to the cemetery, it was rushed. My relatives didn't have much of a chance to give their proper goodbyes to the body of their son. This may not be the funeral home's fault, but there was also no police escort provided for those of us who left from the funeral hall to the cemetery. There was also a lack of time management. I know it's a personal choice to wear a mask, however, I think it's kind of hypocritical to mandate visitors and family to wear a mask, but none of the employees are mandated to wear one. This was a very disappointing experience at a time that my family and relatives needed support and comfort.
