We are deeply disappointed with the services provided by Turrentine Jackson Morrow. Our only 2 requests were for cremation and that my loved one's fingerprints be taken before cremation, as we wanted to order a lasting memento to remember him by. This is a service promoted and offered by them. Unfortunately, the fingerprint request was not fulfilled before he was cremated. Despite our clear instructions, the staff either neglected or forgot to carry out this crucial step. This oversight has caused us considerable distress, and we feel that our wishes were not respected. In such a sensitive time, attention to detail and honoring the family's requests are paramount. Regrettably, Turrentine Jackson Morrow fell short in this regard. We held up our end of the deal and paid in full the $6500 fee for cremation only. No other services were requested. It could not have been simpler for them. They missed the mark. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Brian DeLozier was extremely professional and helpful. He mad us feel very comfortable during the planning of my husband’s funeral. The viewing and funeral were very beautiful. Brian has continued to be available to answer questions for us and help when we ran into a problem with the death certificate. I definitely would recommend Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home.
