The Allen Family Options have taken care of our family twice, last year in April 2022, our brother in law, this year in May 2023 our sister. They were amazing throughout the process and beyond. Thanks Alexis Torres and all Staff for all the help during this difficult time. The cost of the funeral was very affordable, the florist did an excellent job. I cannot say enough positive things about Rick Allen and the incredible compassionate and caring staff at the Allen Family Funeral Home. In my case, I had come from out of town to Plano to visit a sick family member who then unexpectedly died. I received a referral to the Allen Family Funeral Home by happenstance and can only say I think that I was guided there. The professionalism, individual attention and commitment to providing an outstanding and positive experience, even in the saddest of times, gave me tremendous comfort knowing that Rick and his team had my back. They even moved mountains to ensure we could have services within the week while I was still in town. I cannot say enough great things about this funeral home, including their in-house florist who did phenomenal work and helped create a dignified and unforgettable ceremony for my father. Allen Family Funeral Options is exactly what their name is. A family. My father passed away last weekend and they were able to get him right away. Mind you, I live in Florida and couldn't be there right away but Rick, the funeral director was absolutely amazing with his communications with me and gave me all my options that I needed to take care of my father. Once I got into town, which was after they closed, they still made arrangements for me to get my father's keys so I could get into his apartment and car. The meeting I had with them was also very pleasant and accommodating considering the situation that I was in. They partner with great companies to provide top notch services to make the payment and life insurance processing a breeze. I don't want to forget the bathroom. 5 stars. I would poop there again. The entire establishment is immaculate. Beautiful property and amazing staff that cares about their clients. If I had more family in the area and they passed away, I would definitely come back to Allen Family Funeral Options.
