My aunt passed away on 05/02/2024 and we chose Ted Dickey Funeral Home to say goodbye to our loved one. When my family and I met with Will (William Ciociola), he was very professional, compassionate, kind, patient and understanding as we made some changes to the pre-paid arrangements we had for my aunt. Will helped us every step of the way ensuring nothing was missed or left out in-order to make this day special for our family. The few times my family and I went to the funeral home Will addressed us all by name (and there were several of us) which I thought was personal and so sweet. Will recommended Pastor Tim and he was absolutely amazing and we had a beautiful service. Following the service, my family and I have a tradition of sending balloons up to heaven with a hand written message from all of us. Will was very supportive and helpful as we released the balloons. He thought it was special and mentioned he’s never been apart of that before. I honestly can’t say enough about Will, Pastor Tim and Ted Dickey Funeral Home!! When the time comes and you are faced with the difficult task of making arrangements for your loved, please consider Ted Dickey and you will not be disappointed. I recently worked with Ted Dickey Funeral to set up everything when my loved one passed. They are amazing to work with, very good, caring, amazing communication, and helped me with what I needed to get done. I worked with William(Will) and he was wonderful to work with and get everything set up for my grandma. I am from out of state and his commutation to help me was awesome between emails and phone calls, he helped me get it all done. Funeral Home was all set up and ready when we arrived for the service, it was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend using them.

Ted Dickey Funeral Home on 18th Street in Plano was so wonderful to me and my mother. We had my father's celebration of life there on 8/22. When we met with Will (William Ciociola) he gently guided us through the processes. There were no high-pressure sales. He just let us know what is available and was able to help us make a few decisions that we were not sure on. It is such a hard time when you lose someone, and he and his staff couldn't have been nicer, empathetic and professional. It was a hard day get through, but they made it as easy of a process and all we had to manage and worry about is our own grief. I couldn't recommend them more!! Thank you, Ted Dickey, and Will.
