From the moment we made contact with T.J. McGowan and the time sensitivity of their inevitable service, their attention to detail was commendable by all the staff. From the initiation of hospice and reaching out to T.J.McGowan in the last few days which were very hectic, Jaime and Carl were pretty much at our urgent reach and speed dial. They worked closely with hospice and were extremely understanding, caring, gentle and kind. Carl knew exactly what we wanted and needed and knew the answers to all our questions, to the point where he anticipated our needs. He made the best recommendation for our flowers and our request was ABSOLUTELY and exactly what we had in mind. Carl went far beyond his duties as Director and was just always at the right place at the right time, even if it was just for a hug for all us. The funeral home was beautiful, bright and airy and very clean. All the services were beyond our expectations and we are forever grateful to all their incredible attention to details. As a local resident who always frequented Central Highway, I always loved seeing the tender care they gave families and I always knew that was the place I wanted for my dear husband and I'm glad we chose them.
