Having to plan a funeral unexpectedly is rough to say the least. Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home helped to make the process easier however, by being detailed yet gentle, and making my father’s funeral personalized. They created a picture slideshow for his visitation hour and displayed family photos, awards, and recognitions he had received throughout his life. The staff communicated well with one another and my family, so I never felt unsure about anything during the process leading up to or after the funeral. Also, the facilities are clean, well lit, and accommodating. I can’t thank Liz, Hank, Ms. Clark, Lex, Lois, Tom, and everyone else who was involved for doing such an incredible job and making this devastating time a bit sweeter. Thank you all so so so much!

In my grief I was numb. I was on auto pilot just moving forward. Out of dedication, knowledge, kindness, and compassion they walked our family through each step. We have already made plans to work with them again.

Hank was awesome and very thorough thought our whole process. Hank kept on top of everything and the communication was great. He did exactly what we needed and made sure everything was completed. The staff that was at the church to set up and at the cementary was great and very considerate and kind, considering all we were going through. Emily also was awesome, she helped with the obituary and other items, which her response time was fast and efficient.
