We would be remiss if we did not recount our most informative and pleasant Personal Planning intervention with MARCIA ANSELMO at our home on September 20, 2024. More specifically, Marcia assisted us in formulating an advanced planning contract for both our cremations. She was thorough and sensitive and compassionate to our particular after-death needs and explicated clearly our alternatives for direct cremation. After visiting with Marcia, we had no compunction in signing up for a prepayment funeral plan with Gorsline Runciman. Marcia impressed us as a very caring and skilled professional who is very knowledgeable and unambiguous in explaining funeral planning specifics. Her warm and friendly and empathetic demeanor made it easy for us to sign up with a Dignity Memorial pre-paid plan. We would like to commend Marcia for a job well done! They did an amazing job and the staff were loving especially in a hard time having to say goodbye and there a great support on top of answering any questions you have even if it’s silly to you it’s not to them and make time to explain and show a lot of compassion. This is the place you want your loved ones to go they take such great care of you and your loved one. They helped me lay my sweet baby boy to rest which was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I appreciate everything that you guys have done and are still doing.

Losing your spouse is one of the most horrific situations anyone will ever go through in their whole life. Having to make decisions during this time, when you are struggling to put 1 foot in front of the other, is overwhelming. The amazing staff at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, were very patient with my mother-in-law and I. Helping us with each step along the way, even answering questions that they had already answered. They allowed me to change my husband’s urn, when I had already picked one, Answered my questions over text. But most importantly, I felt that they actually Could feel and understand my pain. I felt that my husband was being taken Care of with grace and dignity. Had it been under different circumstances, It would have been a pleasure to meet the amazing staff.
