Estes has taken care of our family members for generations. Paul was so kind and explained next steps-before, during and after the funeral which made things easier. Many people commented on how good my mom looked-the makeup artist was great. Excellent service from everyone.

Estes Leadly handled my dads funeral a quite while ago and I am finally getting around to giving them a review. I have been in the florist industry for a lot of years and have always been impressed with Steve, Jeremy, Paul and the rest of the gang at Estes but until I had them involved in a close family members passing did I realize how compassionate the entire staff and owners are. Estes was wonderful with us when my dad passed unexpectedly in 2012. They made the arrangements to bring him home from the Cleveland Clinic. They did not pressure us into anything and helped as a go between with the life insurance company. They also helped with obtaining death certificates for us. They were very compassionate. The same is true still. A few weeks ago they took care of once again with my grandmother's funeral.
