I had a relative's funeral here. I live out of town, and would not be able to attend. I sent something for the relative's funeral, and asked to be called when it arrived. I waited. Heard nothing. I ended up calling and answering service picked up the call. Someone did call back, I gave this person the information I was given. They said they would "check". They did NOT let me know one way or another. In my opinion it is a very callous thing during the time of loss. I would think all family members REGARDLESS who they are would be treated with compassion, and consideration. Just a opinion.
