Upon the passing of my husband, we were asked if we had a funeral home chosen, if not, my husband would be sent to the hospital morgue. My daughter refused the morgue so the Critical Care nurse suggested Alexander Funeral Home in Gallatin. They responded quickly and was very sensitive to the situation happening so quickly. I’m not sure how this process works as we didn’t think beyond the cremation part. Even though Alexander FH was gracious to the entire family, it hurt my heart to know my husband was not stored at their facility. I would definitely recommend Alexander FH in Gallatin TN, they are extremely professional and sensitive. I would also recommend anyone going through the planning process ahead of time to ask a lot of questions as to not add to your stress in the moment. Thank you to the Alexander Funeral Home staff for their patience and understanding and taking the time to just sit with us as we went through this process.

Alexander is a Gallatin institution. We experienced why that is recently. Wayne and the team were very kind, informative, helpful, and caring through the entire process. Their anticipation of our needs and encouragement through the process was invaluable in ensuring we could focus on caring for family and friends during a difficult time.
