I worked mainly with Ashley and Theresa. My experience was a little rough, but Theresa did all she could to ease my concerns and frustration. I will say be completely explicit in what you want when it comes to your loved ones' appearance. My dad was unfortunately shaved when I adamantly did not want him to be. It has caused me some distress 3 months later. Overall, they did a great job on my father's service and their prices are fairly reasonable when you actually understand what the different charges are. Don't be afraid to ask questions to have a complete understanding of what you are receiving.

The staff at Steed-Todd are amazing. We would like to say thank you all for everything you guys did to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. You all went above and beyond our expectations and always made us feel welcomed and more importantly loved. The genuine sincerety and care is felt. Steed Todd Funeral Home has given us the best experience in a time of sorrow and devastation. Ashley Gaskill has treated me and my family with compassion and caring in a highly professional manner. She not only handled the funeral arrangements but aided in communicating with the various entities that had to be coordinated.
