Couldn't have gone any better! We worked with Rhea from the beginning. She was compassionate and professional. As the family became aware of our Fathers passing there were many requests for changes, She handle everything without a hitch, kept us up to date on what we needed to provide and scheduling. Every detail, was covered which of course many we had not thought of. We had the service in at Shaw and Son', because of long distance travel time for many of the family members, we did not have a grave side service. We provided a video of the my Father's life and they played it on a high quality screen with the music we had chosen, it was beautiful. They have a room which we choose to use for a get together after the service. The price was reasonable and convenient. We provided our own food and drinks, Gloria was assigned take care of us. She had everything ready for us when we entered the room, and clean up afterwards. Overall this was a great experience at a tough time.

I can’t say enough to thank you the staff for being so compassionate in having a tender heart for families during there moment of grief. This kind of kindness touch’s one’s heart of reaching out goes far beyond what we would have expected. I was very impressed and felt like like we were family. Which helped to ease many of our worries that we would be taken care of all the way through this process. It has been shown by the actions from the staff that spoke with understanding in such a loving expression in taking there time to extend such great care in dealing with my father during this most difficult life event. What a classy, professional, caring facilitator of your loved ones final resting place. From start to finish Shaw and Son were there every step of the way. Jamin and family are the sweetest people. They made my great uncle Patrick Chess proud. Buried with full honors. Shout out to Lisa Devereau.
