I never thought I would be planning a funeral for my young mother but once we got into this funeral home we were very well taken care of. They felt more like family in how they cared for us. I liked how it wasn’t very busy. They really payed attention to the details of what we wanted. The flowers around the urn was absolutely beautiful. Thank you! Grace, thank you for your professionalism. Robin, you are full of knowledge. The other two gentlemen I can’t remember your name but you did amazing!

The cremation plan offered was set up well and went smoothly with little stress. I felt that the number of original death certificates was overestimated and cost was unnecessary. I felt the personnel were thoughtful and respectful. I was not happy with lack of communication regarding when my husband's ashes were available for me to pick up.

My mother’s funeral was beautiful and professionally taken care of. Honestly you are never ready to let go of a parent. I was so nervous and broken and they walk you through the entire process without pushing sales. Everything is a choice for you upfront no hidden fees or pop up costs. They are extremely professional, best staff, best make artist, and coordinator is amazing. If you have a loved one who passes go here as you will save so much time and energy. Not to mention the cost was fractional compared to other funeral homes. I am extremely grateful for Grace Velazquez and Robin Ghramm. After this entire experience I learned I never want my children to have to do these arrangements when their is heart broken. Take a moment and talk to Robin about your arrangements so your children can grieve in peace.
