Keith and Keith provided excellent service to us during my Mom’s passing. I especially appreciated the after care planning provided by Family Service Advisor Robin Ghramm. She lays everything out simply for who you need to call and contact to close accounts, SS, and so much more. The funeral home made everything so much easier during this difficult time. Keith and Keith is a wonderful place to help you and your family lay your loved one to rest. It is such a hard time in anyone’s life loosing a loved one. It’s time to grieve but there are so many final decisions one has to make. Diane personally held my hand and made it as easy as possible to honor my father’s last requests and helped me plan the services that he wanted. She was very patient and understanding in a very difficult time. She was very kind and just a wonderful person to interact with. Keith and Keith has a wonderful celebrant that helped with the service and spoke many kind words and told stories of the life of my father. Diane and Kevin threw in a few items that were theme appropriate for the service. They both have it a hundred and ten percent. Sophie was also a gem. She was right there to answer all my questions and email me all the paperwork I was supposed to have ready when handling end of life situations. Thank you all so much I appreciate you and your team. You all come highly recommended. Your professionalism and kindness shown through when it was definitely needed.
