My Dad always said he wanted Serenity to be the place we held his funeral at years ago & we carried out his wishes. I do believe he would have been pleased. Staff & service exceptional ❤️

Our driver was exceptional. I think his name was Dominic. He went above and beyond. He was very friendly and adaptive to the moment.

First: my condolences to ur family Second: your church wrote a check to HELP pay for SERVICES of your loved one Third: Upon receiving so many donations, the Services was paid in full before the Church Check was received or needed. Therefore, Mrs Steele actions was CORRECT. The check was written to the Funeral Home…Funeral Home did not need it, so it was endorsed, but not cashed. Again, actions are still correct. Now, You ma’am receive the check from the {Funeral Home} showing the Church was Willing to give a Donation towards your love ones Service. If the Church wanted to give YOU a Donation to pay towards YOUR Loved One Service, the check would have been payable to you DIRECTLY. SO, of course, YOU are not entitled to a check that was to be a DONATION towards the Service. And please understand, The Church & Serenity's Funeral Home {Mrs Steele} understood the Business..
