I must say Lotz did a wonderful job with my mother’s arrangements & making everything seem so easy at such a hectic & sad time . Betty is absolutely wonderful to talk to . She makes your difficult time not feel like a business arrangement , she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Betty and her team went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for being so compassionate & caring & going the extra mile for my family. If I could give more than ten stars I would!

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences in life. My brother lost his fight with cancer sooner than the medical team had anticipated. When my brother entered hospice care I began the daunting task of making funeral arrangements. My brother lived in Roanoke but was being treated in northern Virginia where I live. I did a google search and Lotz Funeral Home was the first name that came up. Every interaction with Lotz Funeral Home was professional and caring. The arrangements were made remotely. They took care of so many details for the viewing, funeral Mass, and burial. They were empathetic with the grief my family and I were experiencing. They worked with the burial insurance that my brother had which helped offset some of the expense. When my brother did pass and Lotz Funeral Home was contacted their representative drove 3 hours at 11 PM to takeover the care of my brother and arrived wearing a suit. It was so respectful. That level of respect and caring continued through all the interactions with Lotz Funeral home. I highly recommend Lotz Funeral Home.

Sadly my husband has passed and I went to Lotz Funeral Home to help me take care and honor of my husband. Well i suggest everyone come to Lotz. I worked with two very special people there, Mr. Alex and Miss Tabatha. I can honestly tell they were so loving, caring and kind. Not only did they treat me with much respect but they gave that same respect to my beautiful husband. They made things for me easy and they did it with class. God knows I don’t want anyone I love to pass but this will be the only funeral parlor I will ever go to. I can’t say enough about these wonderful people!!
