I lost my dad on May 3rd I was confused they helped me out after I already made the arrangements next day I realized I wanted more time and asked then if I can please come in and change a few details.When I went the next day they treated me with so much patience and even gave me ideas of what I can get my dad to wear. They worked with me allowed to change my hours no extra cost and when I arrived for the funeral service my dad looked so handsome and sharp. I was so pleased everyone kept saying my dad looked peaceful like if he was sleeping. I have no complaints honestly at such a bad time I'm glad everything came out good wasn't easy but I am glad I chose them Thank you Alvarez Funeral you're staff was excellent
