The directors were very helpful and attentive. Overall, it is very spacious and clean. I don’t regret choosing the funeral home. I gave them 4 instead of 5 because there is room for improvement. First, the staff during calling hours did not have answers to some of our questions. When I asked him for more tissue boxes he said he will get one but they are running short on tissue paper. That is one supply that you should never tell someone you are running low on. I would have liked if all the prayer cards were laminated without me requesting it after the service. Overall, it’s a good funeral home.

Excellent job they did on my dad back in 2010. They were very professional and compassionate towards me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent place. Not that I wish death on anyone cuz I don't but they went out and beyond for my family

June 2022: I honestly don't know what else I can say about this place that I haven't already to EVERYONE I know. After the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Wait Funeral Home in Brockton, speaking with Dave was a breath of fresh air. He was empathetic and checked off every box of our wishes. Alot of folks in this industry don't understand that yes its a business, but the family is also dealing with a death and are emotional and vulnerable. Dave literally took my call right before a service and we finalized everything that night. He didn't push a bill in our face and say this needs to be paid tonight. He explained everything and kept in contact with me every single day. We felt comfortable knowing he would be assisting putting our grandma to rest. Since her body had been in the hospital for about 5 days, since the other funeral home lied and said they were getting her. He made sure she was picked up that night. My last meeting with Dave I said to him, I hope we don't have to meet again given the circumstances, but if we do I know everything is going to be OK. 🥰 My grandma is smiling down and appreciates each and everything you did to make sure she went home just how she wanted. Thank you Dave M. for being just a good sincere person! To the folks reading this Russell and Pica is an amazing place with amazing staff. Everyone I had come into contact with was respectful and compassionate. If you want your loved ones cared for during their final rest, contact Dave M. He is the best and you will not be disappointed.
