Working with George and his family was a godsend. We lost my mom recently very tragically and this was the first time having to deal with funeral arrangements for my siblings and I. George was empathetic from the beginning and came to pay his respect at my mom’s visiting as we were traveling back and forth from Rhode Island as Brockton was our hometown and wanted to make sure family was able to attend. He was attentive and made sure we asked all our questions and even when we had to make changes after settling on arrangements, there was no negativity. Gina was also very kind in the process of making sure we had everything we needed to present my mom during her wake. The entire process went smoothly and even during her wake, there were so many people who commented she looked like she was resting peacefully. The casket, the prayer cards, flower arrangements, funeral services, everything was done so beautifully. I highly recommend George Lopes to any and everyone. Overpriced unprofessional funeral home! $2500 just to cremate my father is a rip off and I would not recommend this place. They avoid phone calls and have so much confusion going on in that place. Never again! Go to multicultural, they will take care of you and your loved ones.
