Exceptional, compassionate, considerate, and courteous was what Dan & his crew showed towards my family for my Mothers services. The funeral parlor was immaculate, everything we needed or could want was readily available. From start to finish, we never once felt rushed, everything was explained in full detail. My Father and I can not say enough about Magoun Biggins, they made a really sad situation bearable and for that we are forever grateful.

There really isn't enough i could say about how amazing Dan and his team treated my family at the most tragic time of our life. The warmth, care, compassion they showed us was comforting. They went above and beyond to accommodate us which wasn't an easy task during this pandemic. I will be forever grateful ❤

I have known Dan and his sweet family for several years but had not had to use Magoun-Biggins before. A very close family member had passed suddenly on a Friday night and we called the funeral home. Dan called me back within minutes. We were worried he couldn’t travel to Middleboro-he did- which was a blessing. They arrived at the house that Friday and met our loved one with dignity and grace. Our family member is a private person and wanted to leave this world quietly and her wishes were granted with professionalism and kindness. When we needed to pick up our loved one’s ashes my husband and I made an error with the time to pick them up. I spoke with Kathy about our dilemma and she stayed late at the funeral home so I could pick them up that evening. She was so calm, kind and gentle-even though it was our error. Weeks after our loved one’s passing We saw Dan around town and he went out of his way to come over to us and ask us how we are doing. Dan is carrying on his parent’s legacy, which I believe Is always following the golden rule, treating people-alive or deceased- with integrity, kindness, compassion and love.
