Lovely Funeral Home for such a sad day. Rupp made everything a little less for a sorrowful day

Rupp Funeral Home told my parents and other relatives that they would stream my grandmother's funeral so that those of us out of town would not have to risk spreading covid from traveling by plane. On the day of the funeral it was not streamed. They now claim that they were never asked to stream the service and there isn't even a recording. If you want a funeral home that actually handles a funeral with care and not negligence, and attempt to cover up their mistakes after the fact you should look elsewhere.

They did such a great job. My second mom was suddenly taken from us and the trauma she endured was extensive- we werent sure if open casket was even possible. With less than 24 hours their talented artist, infact, was able to give us that closure we needed to say our goodbyes. They displayed her beautifully and put on a wonderful service. We learned she did not have life insurance nor did we have the funds for this unexpected passing- they did all this work with but half up front. Whats more is we do things a smidge different, which they also didn't mind and saw through to the end. My family and i appreciate this place and their team so much. Nothing makes these moments easy but to have such things done, taking a very heavy burden and making it as good as it can possibly be is something of the blessing type.
