Bill and his team were thoughtful, organized and kind. My sister looked beautiful, and the space was comfortable and spacious. Bill and his team planned the visitation and the mass with ease, executing every detail professionally and with kindness. We are very grateful for the tremendous care you provided to our family.

What started out to be a wonderful dealing with this funeral home turned into a big mistake in having my mother's services through them. They dishonored my mother by not following her wishes. They let unruly and obnoxious people take over the service and did nothing to stop it. Even though they were told ahead of time what was wanted for my mother, they stood by and Jeff let these people do whatever they wanted which ruined my mother's funeral. My mother told me she wanted to use Bacarella Funeral home, and I thought they would honor her wishes but they did not. I would never use them again for anything, they are irresponsible and do not honor their clients who use them.

Thank you so very much to Bill Bacarella and his team. We are forever grateful for everything. My mom, looked like herself, everything was just absolutely beautifully. You made a very difficult time, less difficult and we are forever grateful!
