Prior to the passing of my sweet mama, Romero Funeral Home was patient, kind and helpful with supporting her and caring for her last wishes, answering all her questions. Once I lost her, they were likewise the same with me - they made the process as easy as they could, always answering my questions, providing empathy and guidance throughout the process. They were exceptionally professional and kind. I recommend them to everyone, wholeheartedly and with confidence. Losing a loved one is hard enough - it helps to entrust end of life issues to someone you can count on to take care of you, and especially your dear loved one. Lastly, her urn is absolutely beautiful ~ exactly what my mama wanted and we picked out, together.

I am so happy that my wife Melinda and I purchased funeral plans at the Romero funeral home in Lakewood. On December 21, 2023 my wife passed away. She passed away at midnight on the 21st and the next morning the Romero funeral home had sent several people out to take her back to the funeral home. That was the first hurdle. The second one was the funeral. I’m so happy that she was able to pick out all that she had at her funeral in advance. The people we worked with at Romero were all so very professional and made the funeral process so easy if it can ever be easy. And summary, I would totally recommend Romero funeral home to everyone and the purchase of a pre-funeral package is also something that should be considered as it made it as easy as possible.
