My Dad, which was a bishop in the COGIC Church shared his thoughts on his burial with the family and let us know every detail. The team from the beginning was cold and unconcerned with the families needs. He didn’t even look like himself and the casket looked like it came from the second hand store. I wouldn’t recommend this mortuary at all. My mothers heart is still broken every time she remembers how careless they were not to mention the embarrassment. People within our church still talk about the horrible job they did. If you have a loved one who has already paid for their burial, move them quickly. Not worth the heartache or the time!!

When planning a funeral its a difficult time and topic. However, the staff welcomed us with warm and comfortable arms to make the process easier to handle. Im truly grateful for the Caldwell Kirk family.

Had to make arrangements for a funeral home to pick up a loved one and have remains sent back to Indianapolis. They returned my call immediately and Shane was on it from the beginning. His concern and attention to my needs was genuine and I will always remember that.
