I have never had such a positive experience with something so difficult as the passing of my mother. From the initial interaction just after she passed to the final needs, they were understanding, caring, unhesitatingly efficient and purposeful while completely careful to honor our wishes and needs. Always checking; willing to explain even when I thought things were one way vs. another is the manner of service. When I had forgotten vital papers they gave me their utmost flexibility for an additional meeting in private while concurrently caring for another's service.
