Willie Coffman and his staff handled my wife’s arrangements with the utmost professionalism and exceeded all expectations. The care and compassion they showed for my wife and family was as if it was his own family member. I couldn’t ask for anything more, they truly took all the worry and planning incorporated my wishes and gave my wife the best memorial celebration anyone could ask for. The small attention to details is amazing from a rose left behind in her bed the night they picked her up at our home to the custom blanket they had made overnight and brought to me with her photo. Their attention to detail is second to none. I have attended funeral services at a lot of providers in the Shenandoah valley, but Coffman services have always been a step above the rest. They handled other family members arrangements in the past and I was always impressed, but I found out first hand just how good they are. I would never recommend anyone but Coffman funeral home.

Coffman handled the affairs of my husband’s passing with the utmost professional and caring manner. It was more than what I expected and Jonathan the director that worked with me made everything as easy and smooth as possible. Coffman’s is the funeral home I would recommend. Jonathan, Willie and their staff were amazing with our very distraught family. My daughter's twin told Jonathan stories and he truly took the time to listen. We never felt rushed and have always felt that our family mattered to them, even though it was the first time meeting them. They went above and beyond our expectations, like no funeral home I have ever experienced and have checked in with us, even after the funeral, to see if we needed anything. We are forever grateful to them and would never use a different funeral home , after experiencing their compassion and organization, which made a very difficult time much easier.
