My Father was ill and I purchased a direct cremation service online thru their website when he passed away he wasn't picked up for a week I was told it was because another company operates the online purchases and they hadn't received a record of his file. The only reason we found out was because my sister called to find out the cost of viewing services. Then when I called to pick up the ashes I was told they couldn't cremate him because of paperwork from the Hospital there was no communication To me if I hadn't reached out to them asking for my Father's ashes. Then director Alfonso Made a very disrespectful comment when I mentioned my father not being picked up for over a week. He did apologize for the comment. It took 17 days for the direct cremation and for me to get the ashes.

On behalf of my brother and I we would like to give many thanks to Alfonso for doing such an excellent job on our Mother's services. On top of going through the loss of our Mother we also had a difficult time with our sibling that made arrangements complicated and if it wasn't for Alfonso's calm, professional and knowledgeable personality we could not have gotten passed the difficulties we incurred. Not to mention the outstanding job he did on our Mother. Alfonso, thank you so much for being so caring and patient. We will highly be recommending Reflections FH.
